I WANT TO BE ANONYMOUS, in DOUBLE LIFE, uses Reddit’s source code to comment on the culture of trolling. The AR component reveals a digital collage of hundreds of Troll dolls.

For DOUBLE LIFE, Jonathan Rosen takes the source code from various apps to create 4x6 lightboxes each representing a different need we fulfill online. Using augmented reality the visitor can hold a cell phone or an Ipad up to the work and find the hidden avatars for each statement. The series is “greatly influenced by the 2016 presidential election,” according to the artist. The installation is curated by Wallplay.
