Jay Z and Beyoncé Go Vegan: On Tuesday, Jay Z announced on his website, Life + Times, that he and Beyoncé are embarking upon the 22 Days Challenge. The initiative, started by exercise physiologist (and close friend of Jay Z) Marco Borges, consists of 22 days of complete veganism. Jay Z referred to the challenge as "a spiritual and physical cleanse," that began Tuesday, the day before his 44th birthday, and will end on Christmas day. Still, the rapper-turned-mogul is wary of being too hard on his pampered tastebuds—he's asked that, "any professional vegans out there that have any great food spots please help out! Please ha." According to the review, the most popular fashion and trend of 2013 was #hipster. This strange occurence perplexes many fashion insiders, who note that the term is rarely used within the fashion industry. Of course, hashtag use isn't the most accurate relevancy index.
