Joe Scarborough
The razzing had a little more bite considering Ford was once a fixture on the MSNBC morning show.
“I would call it a softball event. I’ve never seen one as fawning,” Scarborough fumed on Thursday morning.
“Are you concerned by the fact that President Trump revealed war plans to invade Iran?” Scarborough shot back after DeSantis broached the subject.
“I’m not saying Republican Party’s fascist, but the guy that they’re following is a fascist,” Scarborough said, at which point Colbert stopped him in his tracks.
The “Morning Joe” co-host also argued on “Real Time with Bill Maher” that Senators Ted Cruz and Josh Hawley are “seditionists” who deserve to be behind bars.
In an emotional and powerful address, the “Morning Joe” host pointed fingers at police officers and said that President Donald Trump should be sent to prison.
“But obviously looking back on it, we on ‘Morning Joe,’ and others in media, paid way too much attention to that,” he said.
