Rice descreveu Gadaffi como um homem 'muito estranho;' 'De-repente ele liga um DVD e lá no fundo tinha uma musica chamada A Flor Negra da Casa Branca que ele tinha composto para mim!' Foi aí que Rice decidiu que era tempo de fazer as malas e 'sair correndo' para a Algeria.
