‘Saturday Night Live’ Drags Hillary Clinton For Copying Bernie Sanders

Hillary Clinton has been accused of stealing Bernie Sanders’ rhetoric. In this new SNL campaign ad, she may have finally taken things too far.

This week, Saturday Night Live finally pulled off the trick Hillary Clinton has been attempting for months. They turned the Democratic candidate into Bernie Sanders. Literally.

The campaign ad parody started out simple enough, with Clinton making her appeal to millennial voters. “Because there are so many of you. So, so many,” she said. “And luckily, I, Hillary Clinton, share all of your exact same beliefs, and I always have.”

Clinton called for a “revolution in the streets,” because America should be for everyone, not just a “handful of millionaires and billionaires.” Slipping into a familiar accent, she said she too was angry that the “top 10 percent of the top 1 percent control 90 percent of the wealth in this country.”

“And I’ve always said that, ever since I was a young boy growing up in Brooklyn,” she added. Wearing wire rim glasses and suit and tie, Clinton thanked millennials for supporting “the biggest outsider Jew in this race: Hillary Rodham Clinton.”

“There’s a lot of work to be done, and that is why I am sick and tired of hearing about my own damn emails!” Clinton concluded in full Sanders attire. As her new slogan read, “Feel the Bern, For Her.”

A convincing argument for sure, but not nearly as efficient as this one:
