Perhaps eager to grow up or trying get glamorous like her half-sisters, the young Keeping Up With the Kardashians star began wearing foundation, rosy lipstick, and eyeliner at the tender age of 11. The cameras that follow her family caught it all, including her Olympic gold medalist father’s disapproval of her makeup—and clothing. But it looks as if Bruce Jenner couldn’t do much. She’s been sporting looks way beyond those early forays, even now at only 14.

My, oh my, did Cindy Lou from The Grinch grow up fast. Momsen’s makeup regimen started as pink gloss and a few swipes of mascara on the CW’s Gossip Girl. That turned into blood-red lipstick and black raccoon eyes—a look that might have cost her the job. Her behavior changed, too. She once flashed her chest onstage to a musical audience … at 17 years old. Now it’s fair to say Momsen is a good girl gone bad.

Pink lipstick, blue eye shadow, and fake eyelashes are all part of 29-year-old Nicki Minaj’s typical look. And they’re standard for 11-year-old Willow Smith, too. At 9, the “Whip My Hair singer” flaunted some crazy hair and crazy makeup. She’s since toned down the makeup but turned up the hair.

The star of Little Miss Sunshine and Zombieland used to sport a fresh, natural face in her early teens. Suddenly, at 15 years old, she’s been shellacking on the makeup: eyeliner, blush, lipstick, and all. With much longer hair, she looks a new girl.

Alexis Bellino, a desperate housewife of Orange County, has no problem applying makeup. Entire faces of makeup…on her 4-year-old twins, Malenia and Mackenna. Her explanation? “What better way to start a princess’s day than have the twins’ hair and makeup done, since they always beg mommy for that when I’m in hair/makeup!” Bellino wrote in a Bravo TV blog.

No joke, this middle Jonas brother did indeed sport lip gloss while filming the Disney Channel movie Camp Rock. And it wasn’t the first time. In the past, he’s had shiny lips and a visibly powdered face, a look that was much more noticeable on him than his two brother-bandmates.
