Norwegian rescue authorities have called off a search operation after a Friday helicopter crash killed all 13 people on board. “We do not believe anyone can be found alive,” said Boerge Galta, a rescue official, who added that 11 bodies were found after the hard landing on a small island, and the remaining victims were presumed dead. The cause of the crash is not yet known. The type of helicopter—an Airbus EC225LP—has been barred from flight in and around Norway until officials determine what brought the craft down. The majority of the people on board were employees of an oil company en route to an offshore facility, the Associated Press reports.
