Anthony Vaccarello Reportedly in Talks to Design Versace's Versus Line: While it has yet to be confirmed, Anthony Vaccarello is reportedly in talks with Versace to become the brand's Versus line's next guest designer, according to WWD. The Belgian-born, Paris-based designer would follow in the footsteps of Christopher Kane, and most recently, J.W. Anderson, both up-and-coming British designers who have designed capsule collections for the brand. [WWD]

LVMH Buys Majority Stake in Nicolas Kirkwood: After circulating rumors in March, the luxury group LVMH officially purchased a majority stake in British luxury footwear brand Nicolas Kirkwood. "It was clear that LVMH would be the best partner for [the] brand," Vogue UK reports, as Kirkwood explains that the two share "the same values of design, creativity and craftsmanship." [Vogue UK]

Giuseppe Zanotti's Talks his Love of Kanye West: In a recent interview with Jay Z's website Life+Time, Italian designer Giuseppe Zanotti described his admiration for Kanye West and his role in the fashion industry. Although he does not always receive positive comments regarding his attitude and position as a fashion designer, Zanotti believes West has great potential. "I really would love having a guest designer like Kanye during Milan's fashion week," he said. "He could shake the system with his adrenaline." [Fashionista]
