Ceri Levy is a filmmaker who started out making music videos before moving into the world of documentaries. His works include Bananaz, a film about the inner machinations of the group Gorillaz, and the forthcoming The Bird Effect; he is also co-curator of Ghosts of Gone Birds.

Ralph Steadman's Birds

When filmmaker Ceri Levy asked the artist Ralph Steadman to illustrate an extinct bird for an exhibition he was putting together, Steadman instead produced 100 paintings. The result is Extinct Boids, and as Steadman said, it was 'a nice change from drawing politicians.'
