Sherif Mansour is an Egyptian American democracy and human rights activist. Over the past 10 years, he founded and led many initiatives to help advance the cause of democracy and human rights in Egypt and the broader Middle East. He is currently in Egypt fighting political charges against international NGOs, including his former employer Freedom House, of operating without license.
