President Obama and Vice President Joe Biden have decided not to visit any institutions of higher education whose leaders insufficiently address sexual-assault allegations, White House officials said. Biden and Obama’s moratorium on such visits will extend to their wives, as well as members of the White House Cabinet. In an interview, Biden went so far as to also say that he’d support the federal government to taking “away their money” if a college or university fails to change its ways. “Now’s the time to put the pedal to the metal,” Biden said.
