Should have tried carry-on: A Southwest Airlines employee found a package of 40 to 60 human heads on a Fort Worth-bound plane. The incident occurred last Wednesday, though it’s not as sinister as it may sound: The heads were bound for the office of a medical research company in Fort Worth, Texas. However, “It wasn’t labeled or packaged properly,” according to a Southwest spokeswoman. A spokesman for the company, Medtronic, said, “We expect our suppliers to follow proper procedures." The supplier—JLS Consulting of Arkansas—did not return calls to the Dallas-Fort Worth NBC affiliate for comment.
