    Helsinki ‘Most Livable’ City

    Brush up on your Finnish: Helsinki is the “most livable” city in the world, according to Monocle’s 2011 Quality of Life survey. The Finnish capital rose from No. 5 in the 2010 survey to top Zurich and Copenhagen, which rank second and third. In 2010’s survey, Munich topped the list.
