Anders Behring Breivik may get a 21-year prison sentence after all. The head of the panel evaluating Breivik’s sanity said the planning involved in the July 22 Norway terror attacks was too complex for someone who was not in control of his actions. His attorney had hinted that he would argue Breivik was insane. If Breivik is deemed sane, he faces a maximum penalty of 21 years in jail.
