Cheerful Chávez Returns Home

Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez returned home Sunday after undergoing a second round of chemotherapy in Cuba. He looked strong and cheerful as he stepped out of his plane in Caracas. Chávez underwent surgery to remove a tumor in June, and has now flown twice to Havana for treatment.
