Teen Charged in London Riot Murder

    A 16-year-old London teen has been charged with the murder of a 68-year-old man in the West London neighborhood of Ealing. Richard Mannington Bowes was trying to put out a fire near his home when he was attacked on Aug. 8, and he died three days later. The accused boy has also been charged of violent disorder and four counts of burglary. He will appear in youth court Tuesday, while his mother also appears before magistrates’ court for “perverting the course of justice.”
