Just last month he was down by double digits in Ohio, but GOP presidential frontrunner Mitt Romney has now tied rival Rick Santorum in the state, according to another poll that seems to confirm the surge of the former Massachusetts governor. Romney is gaining momentum after notching another win in Saturday’s Washington caucuses.
