Man Chased Lohan’s Car

It looks like the victim of Lindsay Lohan’s alleged hit-and-run earlier this week] was the one doing most of the running. Video footage released by the NYPD Thursday does not show a man being hit by LiLo’s slow-moving vehicle, but the supposedly injured victim, Jose Rodriguez, can be seen chasing her SUV down a parking ramp. Rodriguez, 34, complained to the medical staff at Bellevue Hospital that his leg “hurt a lot,” but he was released early Wednesday with no signs of injury, a law-enforcement official confirmed to the Post. Lohan, who was arrested and charged with for leaving the scene of the accident, isn’t off the hook just yet. The actress is due to appear in Manhattan court next month.
