After the body of a missing 10-year-old girl was confirmed found in a suburban Denver park, residents of Westminster, CO, are on high alert. “Our focus has changed from the search for Jessica to a mission of justice for Jessica,” Westminster Police Chief Lee Birk said. “We realize there is a predator at large in our community.” Jessica Ridgeway was walking from her home to elementary school, but never arrived. Her body was found after a massive search by hundreds of police officers in a park seven miles away from her home. An FBI spokesman warned the community to be on lookout: “It could be your boss, it could be your friend, and ultimately it could be your family member.”
