A single-engine plane heading for a Federal Aviation Administration safety conference crashed into a Mississippi home. The plane was “spitting and sputtering” as if it needed fuel, then crashed through trees and slammed into a house, setting it on fire. The three men on board, all pilots, were killed in the crash. One person in the house was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
