Sony, the struggling electronics giant, took to the stage Wednesday night to unveil the highly anticipated fourth-generation PlayStation to a live audience. PlayStation 4 is complete with an entirely redesigned and personalized user interface; social network, smartphone, and tablet integration; a touchpad controller; and a 3-D camera. “Nothing will come between the player, the platform, and the joy of the game,” lead architect Mark Cerny told the crowd.
