Winter Storm Roars Through Midwest

    Winter to the Midwest: no more Mr. Nice Guy. On the heels of a mammoth winter storm that hit the East Coast two weeks ago came an equally massive winter storm Friday that pounded the Midwest with snow, sleet, and freezing rain. According to the National Weather Service, Nebraska, Oklahoma, and Kansas have already received a foot of snow. As the storm moves north, it threatens 20 states and up to 60 million residents. Officials warn that the storm may be of record proportions.
