U.K. Avoids Triple Dip

Kate Middleton’s pregnancy isn’t the only growth British citizens will celebrate. Britain’s economy beat expectations for the first quarter of 2013, growing 0.3 percent, compared with forecasts for 0.1 percent. The news, which means Britain will not technically enter its third recession in five years, will provide some relief for David Cameron's embattled Conservative government.
