Bachmann: Boston, 9/11 Were God's Wrath

WASHINGTON, DC - APRIL 10: U.S. Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-MN) (L) and Rep. Tom McClintock (R-CA) look on prior to a hearing before the Oversight Subcommittee of the House Ways and Means Committee April 10, 2013 on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC. The subcommittee heard testimony on the government's capacity to prioritize its duties and continue to function if the U.S. Treasury reaches its statutory debt limit. She's at it again. Michele Bachmann spoke at a prayer event at Statuary Hall on Wednesday, and she certainly wasn't preaching on peace, love and understanding. In fact, she used the podium to promote another prayer event, this one in honor of 9/11 and organized by Birther activist Joseph Farah. Why should we attend this get-together? Because "it's no secret that our nation may very well be experiencing the hand of judgment." That judgmental appendage was apparently responsible for both 9/11 and the events at Benghazi. Who knew stopping terrorism was as easy as repenting?
