A heavily armed man who fired shots at police on the grounds of an Atlanta-area elementary school was found to have 500 rounds of ammunition on him. Michael Brandon Hill was talked into surrendering by heroic school bookkeeper Antoinette Tuff, who says he told her he was off his medications and had nothing to live for. Hill faces charges of aggravated assault on a police officer, terroristic threats, and possessing a firearm as a convicted felon. He had been arrested and charged earlier this year after threatening to kill his brother.
