John McCain has already made up his mind about Syria, so maybe he doesn't really need to pay attention during a Senate Foreign Relations Committee hearing on the use of force in that country. The Arizona senator was caught playing poker on his phone while Secretary of State John Kerry, Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel and Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Gen. Martin Dempsey testified about the best course of action to stop the violence in Syria. McCain has been a vocal proponent of intervening in the bloody civil war. He later tweeted, "Scandal! Caught playing iPhone game at 3+ hour Senate hearing - worst of all I lost!"
