Obama on Ukraine: Everyone Cool It

    As the death toll in Ukraine raises to 26 after the last two days of violence, the White House said it's mulling sanctions against Kiev's government and the European Union announced it would host "extraordinary" talks. President Obama warned "there will be consequences" for anyone who steps over the line in Ukraine, while Secretary of State John Kerry said Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych can end the violence. Meanwhile, Yanukovych fired his army chief.
