President Obama is meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at the White House today to try to secure his support for a U.S. plan for final peace talks with the Palestinians. Obama will ask Netanyahu to agree to a framework brokered by Secretary of State John Kerry. The exact agenda for the talks is yet to be made public, but it will likely include the contentious issues of borders, security, and the status of Jerusalem. Upon his arrival in Washington, Netanyahu said, "It takes at least three to tango in the Middle East. There are two already—Israel and the U.S. Now we need to see if the Palestinians are in, too."
