    43-Year-Old Cold Case Solved

Closure for the families of two teenage girls came on Tuesday, 43 years after they went missing, when officials confirmed that their bodies were discovered in a car at the bottom of a creek in South Dakota. Pamela Jackson and Cheryl Miller were both 17 at the time of their disappearance in 1971, which has been subject to endless theories. The car was found last year when a drought caused the water level to drop and exposed the wreck, and investigators say it ran off the road on their way to a party. There was no suspected foul play or evidence of intoxication.
