Israel aimed airstrikes at a mosque in Gaza, which also reportedly hit a center for the disabled on Saturday, killing two women and bringing the Palestinian death toll to more than 120, according to Palestinian officials. The Israeli military believes the mosque hid rockets, though it says it is still investigating Palestine’s claims about the other sites that were said to have been hit. Saturday marked the fifth day since Gaza’s Hamas militants began their offensive against Israel (as of press time, no Israelis have been killed by the latest round of Hamas rockets). In addition to the 120 killed, more than 920 Palestinians have been wounded, according to Gaza Health Ministry spokesman Ashraf al-Kidra. Dozens of the dead have been civilians.
