A woman stripped of her job at the U.S. military’s Central Command after allegedly speaking out about cooked ISIS intel has been re-instated by the Merit System Protection Board, her lawyer told The Daily Beast. Carolyn Stewart was accused of cursing twice in the course of a year and reassigned to another office to work on cyberwarfare. The MSPB finds for the Department of Defense in 99.7 percent of cases, said Debra D’Agostino, Stewart’s attorney. The Department of Defense has 30 days to appeal the ruling, but if it holds, the government may have to pay back the $100,000 Stewart spent on legal fees and she might be back at work by the summer.
