The White House is working to fortify the Iran nuclear deal before President Obama leaves office, The Wall Street Journal reports. Those steps may including providing licenses for more American businesses to enter Iran, as well as lifting additional U.S. sanctions. Senior officials said Obama’s administration is considering those among other actions that would strengthen the landmark agreement before President-elect Donald Trump takes office. Officials, however, admit that none of the proposals are likely to make the nuclear agreement harder to undo.
