Kosta Karageorge, a senior football player at Ohio State University, has gone missing. The 22-year-old was last seen walking out of his apartment around 2 a.m. on Wednesday, about a half hour after he sent his mother a text saying, “I am sorry if I am an embarrassment but these concussions have my head all fucked up.” Karageorge’s disappearance is being treated as a missing-person case, with nothing indicating that foul play was involved. Karageorge’s parents called police on Wednesday after the 22-year-old didn’t return to his apartment and failed to show up to football practice. His family worries that Kosta may be disoriented because of a concussion he suffered a month ago (he also has a history of sports-related concussions). Karageorge is described as 6 foot 5 inches tall and 285 pounds. He recently shaved all his hair off and has a short beard.
