The police officer who shot and killed a 93-year-old woman won't face any charges, a jury in Texas decided on Tuesday. Stephen Stem responded to a 911 call from Pearlie Golden's grandnephew, who said she had grabbed a revolver in anger because he wouldn't give her car keys. According to Stem, the woman fired two shots onto the ground, but her grandnephew disputes that, saying there were no shots. Stem was fired by the city council.
