Watch out, Social Network, your main awards competitor just picked up more steam: The King’s Speech won the award for best film at the British Academy Film and Television Awards, the U.K.’s equivalent of the Oscars. Colin Firth won the BAFTA for Best Actor for his performance in the film, while Natalie Portman took Best Actress for Black Swan.
