One Direction Announces New Album

You might want to sit down for this one: One Direction is releasing a new album. The dreamy quintet announced the new album via—what else?—Twitter. "Yes - 1D's new album is MIDNIGHT MEMORIES & is out Nov 25th! AND you can pre-order Mon!," read the tweet. It's just one more major development for the group, whose concert movie, This Is Us, opened on August 20 and made over $31 million worldwide on its opening weekend. The band is also scheduled for a stadium tour next year. Band member Harry Styles was notably more subdued in his announcement of the new album, tweeting, "I think you'll like it." Considering the notorious craziness of the group's fans, we think that's an understatement.
