The Saudi airman who killed three people at Naval Air Station Pensacola in Florida reportedly visited New York City days earlier with other trainees. The New York Times reported that investigators are still trying to determine the purpose of the visit, as well as a motive for Friday’s mass shooting. The gunman, Mohammed Alshamrani, was killed by a deputy. According to the Associated Press, he screened videos of mass shootings at a dinner party before his attack.
