An American man with long-standing connections to Islamic terror has reportedly surrendered to Somali government authorities, according to the U.S. Department of State. Mohamed Abdullahi Hassan, known as "Miski," was born in Somalia but is also a lawful permanent resident of the United States. He attended high school in Minnesota. Hassan is one of the FBI's most-wanted terror fugitives from that state and was indicted by a grand jury in 2009 before allegedly fleeing the country to join Somali terror group al-Shabaab. Somalia currently has no extradition agreement with the United States.
