South Florida’s horrific crime wave continued Monday with a murder-suicide that left three dead and three wounded in Homestead. The Miami Herald reports that the 42-year-old gunman fatally shot his 38-year-old girlfriend and a 15-year-old boy—and also shot a 16-year-old boy, an 18-year-old, and an 11-year-old girl, who was in critical condition. The shooter then turned the gun on himself as police attempted to negotiate a surrender.
