Jane Coxwell grew up in South Africa’s Cape wine region and has always had a deep appreciation for food. After training under chef David Higgs, whose restaurant Rust en Vrede has been rated the best in South Africa as well as one of the best restaurants worldwide, she traveled to France to work in the yachting industry. She served as chef for former ambassador Kathryn Hall and her husband Craig Hall on their yacht, cooked for fundraisers for Hillary Clinton, and later became executive chef at Hall Wines. In 2009, Jane joined the crew of Eos and divides her time between New York City and the rest of the world.
