Mel Brooks: Make a Noise airs on PBS tonight. In advance of the American Masters episode, The Daily Beast asked Brooks to give us his favorite movie scenes of all time.
Mel Brooks is the creator of such films as Blazing Saddles, Young Frankenstein, andSpaceballs. He is also a film director, screenwriter, comedian, actor, producer and composer. He is one of only 11 people to have have won an Emmy, Grammy, an Oscar, and a Tony for his work. This summer, he will be awarded the 41st AFI Life Achievement Award.
