Beck: ‘Harassed’ at NYC Movie

This does not seem like a pleasant movie-watching experience: Glenn Beck said he and his family were “harassed” while going to an outdoor movie Monday night at New York’s Bryant Park. Beck called the movie’s audience “hateful” after some sent photos to Gawker, and someone spilled a glass of wine on his wife. “I swear to you, I think if I would have suggested, and I almost did, wow, does anybody have a rope, because there’s a tree here, you could just lynch me,” Beck said on his radio show. Other members of his audience disagreed with his version of events, and one woman said the glass of wine spilled had been an accident.
