Black Panther: Wakanda Forever has added Michaela Coel to the cast. Production on the sequel to the 2018 hit Marvel superhero movie began last month in Atlanta. Coel’s role in the ensemble cast is as yet unclear. Wakanda Forever is set to be released July 8, 2022. Nominated for four Emmys, Coel wrote, produced, directed, and starred in one of 2020’s breakout hits, the HBO Max series I May Destroy You.
