A mother and her two teenage daughters who held dual American and Mexican citizenship were among the seven victims of attacks on three buses in the Mexican state, Veracruz, officials said Saturday. The buses were taken by gunmen earlier this week in the city of Panuco. The victims have been identified as Maria Sanchez Hernandez and Karla, 19, and Cristina, 13, of Fort Worth, Texas. In a statement the U.S. consulate urged American citizens visiting Veracruz to “exercise caution” and “remain vigilant.”
