The Georgia Bureau of Investigation determined Friday that a body found encased in concrete and buried in a backyard is that of Sean Dugas, a former crime reporter at The Pensacola News Journal who went missing in August. He was identified with the help of dental records. The alleged perpetrators of the crime are twin brothers William and Christopher Cromier, who traveled from Florida to their father's Georgia home about three weeks ago. They have been charged with murder.
