Happy new year, want some pot? Recreational marijuana clubs are officially open for business in Colorado Tuesday, after voters approved Amendment 64 last month. Don’t get too excited yet: the clubs are not open to the public and they do not sell marijuana. A spokesman for Denver’s Club 64, which was named after the amendment, said that the club already has 200 members over the age of 21. Though there is some dispute about what is really allowed under the state’s new marijuana law, no police were seen outside Club 64 after its opening.
