This year the U.S. gymnastics team is ready to leave it all on the mat at the 2016 Olympics in Rio. Competition for the gold begins on Day 1, August 6th, at 9:30 am EST.

The U.S. has an all-star women’s team, which includes Gabby Douglas, Simone Biles, and 16-year-old Laurie Hernandez, who went undefeated in junior all-arounds in 2015, winning four straight gold medals and the junior all-around title at the national championships.

India’s gymnastics team is also debuting their first-ever female gymnast. Dipa Karmakar is the first Indian woman to qualify for the Olympics.

Yet some big questions remain:

Will Karmakar’s Olympic debut be all she’s hoped for? Will Simone Biles, already the most decorated female gymnast in history, outshine Team USA-darling Gabby Douglas, star of the 2012 London Olympics? Will Douglas steal the show again in Rio and perhaps avoid criticism of her hair this time?

Watch to find out.
