Two months after police arrested 16-year-old Candace Walton in the deaths of her mother and special-needs brother in a house fire, her online boyfriend has also been charged in the case. Kaleo Pangelinan, 17, was taken into custody in Oregon, where he lives, and will be extradited to Georgia to face two counts of murder. Initially, police thought Walton was killed in the February arson, but then she was nabbed in Kentucky—on her way, prosecutors said, to start a “new life” with Pangelinan.
