Donald Trump Jr. was in protective father mode Thursday when asked about the new admirers his daughter Kai has gained after her speech at the Republican National Convention. “Get away, you little bastards!” Don Jr. yelled while speaking to Fox News host Laura Ingraham about his 17-year-old’s new fans. Ingraham said Kai had been “swarmed” at the event by so many “teenage boys” that “they had to shut down a part of the arena” in Milwaukee. “You’ve introduced her to the world now,” she added. “Perhaps I’ll regret picking up that phone and saying: ‘Sure, you can speak there,’” Don Jr. replied. “But I had to do that for her because she needed to do that for her grandpa,” he continued, referring to former president Donald Trump. Kai, who is Don Jr.’s daughter with ex-wife Vanessa Trump, spoke on the convention stage Wednesday about how she sees her MAGA leader gramps as “just a normal grandpa” who “gives us candy and soda when our parents are not looking.”
