Planes are staying grounded after a Hamas rocket from Gaza landed three miles from Tel Aviv’s airport. The Federal Aviation Administration announced all U.S. airlines would be prohibited from flying to and from Tel Aviv for 24 hours. It began with Delta Air Lines suspending all flights and US Airways and United Airlines each canceling two. European airlines are continuing to operate as usual for now. A spokesman for Ben Gurion International Airport said it is safe to take off from and land in, but that may not calm nerves less than one week after a Malaysia Airlines flight was shot down over Ukraine.
